Yeah, I hadn't noticed that. Maybe his contract with Pantheon has finished? Three books (HoL, TWL, OR - I'm not counting 50YS as I think that was a different deal) sounds about right.

I wonder if it will only be available in Peru for 45 seconds in November, or some such obscure nonsense that was the reason behind my having never even seen a copy of T50YS.

On the way to work I was thinking about things Mark hasn't really done yet in a book. Outside of one page drawn by Tyler Martin, I haven't seen an MZD graphic novel. Those come in volumes nowadays. Maybe a cat manga? Or maybe the volumes will be small like Stephen King's serialized version of The Green Mile?

I've also been talking in the voice of Henrietta Pussycat from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood all morning.

I have a feeling the hand crafted woolen sweater collectible versions of each volume will only be available from the Vatican gift shop for 20 seconds each as well.

And the story announced by Hazel reminds me a twitter joke with Heartbreak about MZD cat's name : "Tell your girlfriend that MZD' cat's name is Pugnax"

It's funny. I think this new book is all about me. I got a PM from somebody in the far distant past called Kittee on the day this new section arrived. I would not be surprised if MZD has bought a copy of my book, and is now currently working all of my genius findings into this cat thing. I mention Schroedinger's Cat in SMOKING IS COOL. But yeah, it's funny writing all this really contentious stuff and having everybody totally ignore it. Makes me think you must be paying attention. People that are really affected by me always look the other way. Oh yeah, and I'll be recording a demo soon, and I'll put it on my MySpace.

P.S If any of the rest of you ever decide to write a book, I'll definitely read it.
