Yes, click on menu. The first dropdown is 'Today's Posts'. It goes back more than one day though.

You are new here, so everything is new to you.
Just use the forum tools to make everything seem like it is read.
Then, as you return, the new posts will make the threads with the new posts become bold with the three squares in triangle form before the thread title. If you click those squares, you will be taken to the newest post you have not read yet. Good luck.
